- I will write down my wins no matter how little they are.
- I will write down my losses; everything counts.
- I will write down weekly/biweekly/monthly reviews.
- I will go out and have fun at least once a month.

- I will remember to rest, eat well and drink lots of water; my body will thank me for it.
