My Guide for the Year

  1. I will write down my wins no matter how little they are.
  2. I will write down my losses; everything counts.
  3. I will write down weekly/biweekly/monthly reviews.
  4. I will go out and have fun at least once a month.
  5. I will not forget to reward yourself every now and then; I deserve it even when I think I don’t.
  6. I will remember to rest, eat well and drink lots of water; my body will thank me for it.
